Get your Freak on – Day 8

I boxed last night. You know the routine. Couple rounds of jump rope. Several rounds of heavy bag work. A couple rounds of speed bag. Abs. Run. Stretch. Done. Felt good, I feel good and it was a solid work-out. Book it. Tomorrow is final day of lifting.

Not going to work out this weekend in light of a Phillies game tomorrow and a hurricane on Sunday. I’ll be back in action on Monday assuming that Philadelphia is not under water.
